Contest "Heroine WoB". Rules and Terms

By submitting your work to WOMEN OF BELARUS magazine (hereinafter referred to as WOB Magazine), you grant us the right to publish your material in print or digital formats (on the website, Instagram, Facebook, Kavyar, etc.).

Please read carefully:
By submitting photos to WOB Magazine, YOU CONFIRM YOUR AGREEMENT with the "Rules" and "Publication Terms".

Paid submissions will be published within 90 days after payment, depending on the issue schedule. Free submissions carry no obligations or guaranteed publication timelines.

Upon acceptance of your submission, WOB Magazine reserves the right to publish all or part of the images. If rejected, you will be notified and may submit the materials to other publications.

WOB Magazine reserves the right to approve or reject any submission.

Terms and Conditions:
By submitting work to WOB Magazine, you (photographer/model/brand/individual) retain copyright ownership of the images but grant the magazine exclusive rights to publication.

Any public use of the images (including on social media) must include the following credit:
WOB Magazine, www.instagram.com/womenofbelarus_mag.

WOB Magazine retains non-exclusive rights to publish, promote, use, and license the images in all formats (print/digital) for the creation, distribution, and monetization of WOB Magazine content indefinitely.

Agreement:
By submitting materials, you agree to the terms of WOMEN OF BELARUS Magazine:
I (photographer/model/brand/individual) am the owner of these images and possess all rights, including copyright, to submit them to WOB Magazine.
As the sole rights holder, I grant WOB Magazine a non-exclusive right to use the images in the following ways:

• Publication in the print, online, and PDF versions of the current issue of WOB Magazine;
• Publication on social media (FB, Instagram, Telegram, etc.) and/or the WOB Magazine website (in the future), with credit to the photographer and team. WOB Magazine will not use the images for commercial purposes beyond the scope outlined above.

I agree to indemnify WOB Magazine from any claims, lawsuits, or proceedings related to the use of the photos and/or false/inaccurate statements.
This agreement is granted on a royalty-free basis.
