I am Tatyana Lugina, the author of the “Fashion Focus” column and a stylist for the “Women of Belarus” project.

I hold a higher education diploma from A.A. Kuleshov Mogilev State University, along with two certificates in professional stylist training. My career in the fashion industry spans many years. I began as a brand manager for a chain of European clothing stores, eventually advancing to lead the retail network in the same business.

In 2020, after graduating from the “I AM” Image Academy, I was invited to stay as an educational program curator and instructor. I gladly accepted this opportunity and have been working there ever since.

Additionally, I work as a personal stylist and continue to develop in fashion styling.
I am married and have a 14-year-old daughter. I live in Minsk but enjoy traveling both across Belarus and internationally.

I love animals: I have a dog of the Zwergpinscher breed.

I am a very passionate person about my profession, I adore the field of fashion and beauty.
I constantly attend fashion shows and participate in fashion shoots. I am positive and creative.
I think that the main thing in the field of fashion is personality, its features and individuality. And fashion itself is just a tool for self-expression of this personality.

Spring is a wonderful time of the year when all women want to look special, don't you agree?
And I, as a stylist, have collected for you 6 trending images with relevant outerwear that will perfectly refresh your image this spring.

1. Trench coat.
A trench coat is an absolute classic in spring. It is versatile, easy to style, and adds elegance to any look. This season, loose-fitting, maxi-length models with voluminous sleeves and an accentuated silhouette are on trend.
The beige shade of the trench coat is a favorite, but you can also choose a raincoat in other shades. As an option: black, white, dark blue.

 2. Suede outerwear.
The trend towards "suede" began back in 2024 and easily migrated to 2025. This material has become popular due to the return of fashionable styles such as boho and cowboy style to the catwalk.
Suede is a very soft, flexible material, which makes things made of it very comfortable to use. Retro-style jackets, bomber jackets, raincoats and coats made of suede, as well as blazers, are relevant in suede outerwear. Brown and red have the advantage in colors. 

 3. Leather coat.
A women's leather coat is a stylish wardrobe element that will help create both a strict business and a bright evening look. Fitted models with a long belt are especially relevant in the spring season.
A leather coat can easily be combined with various outfits and accessories; jeans, dresses, skirts – everything is appropriate.

4. Animal print.
Animal print is one of the main trends of the season, and it can be worn any way you want. In this "segment", a family of patterns that fall under the concept of animal print, leopard print has always been the main one, but in 2025 zebra print replaces leopard as the most fashionable. After appearing on the autumn/winter 2024 catwalk in the collections of fashion brands, zebra print clothing is becoming a fresh trend.

5. Olympic athlete.
The retro trend has breathed new life into Olympic sports jackets in the style of the 90s, and today they do not require a sporty style and are combined with absolutely everything. Even the weekend look can be complemented with sneakers or sneakers, put on an Olympic jacket and look at the usual dress from a new angle.

6. The jacket of the "worker".
A workwear-style jacket, in addition to being extremely relevant in the current season, is also extremely practical and suitable for fickle and rainy spring weather.

You can wear such a jacket with ordinary basic things, or experiment by wearing it with an elegant feminine dress or with a skirt made of transparent chiffon.

Spring is the time for change! Change for the better!
Spring is the time for change. And so it is in our lives: the soul warms up and seems to blossom before the beginning of spring! And we want radical changes.

Fashion in hair and makeup is constantly changing, and spring 2025 will be no exception. Here are some trends that are predicted to be popular this season:

Multi-colored makeup.

I urge you not to limit yourself to a single shade in makeup. Combine pink, lilac and mint in a fashionable version or make "smoky" eyes, in which several neon shades are complemented by golden shimmer or glitter. Yes, glitter is a product that is not the most practical to apply in summer makeup, so it is better to wear it now in the winter-spring period.

And pink eyeshadow promises to be a hit this season: this is not about flashy fuchsia, as you thought, no. These are gentle, muted shades of this color.

In the palette of green shades, I especially like the bright herbaceous and gentle mint, and fans of elegant classics will like the rich coniferous shade.

Makeup with crystals.

It is relevant for a party. Experiment with rhinestones: glue them on top of the arrows in a straight line or chaotically. Don't forget about mascara!

Nude natural makeup. For it, you will need very little makeup. The main thing is moisturized skin, an even complexion, a gentle shine and curled eyelashes.

Makeup "Nude eyelashes".

Mascara has always been considered an integral part of makeup: we could not apply any other cosmetics at all, but we always painted our eyelashes! And the fashion shows of spring-summer 2025 only confirm that this trend will stay with us for at least one more season. Now you don't even need mascara!

Her Majesty Strelka! Makeup in the style of "Twiggy". Draw lines not only along the lash line, but also in the crease of the eyelid, as the main model of the 60s did.

Let's talk about lips. Shine is back! It seemed that matte lipsticks had pushed all this out, but no!

Shine and luxury can be emphasized by “no-makeup makeup” plus bright eyes, as well as light soft pink lips, reminiscent of bubble gum.

Doll porcelain skin. For this, you will need liquid highlighter textures in cool shades, which are applied to the protruding areas of the face.

Blushing cheeks. To achieve a natural effect, start by applying a liquid shade of blush to the apples of the cheeks and add dense cream blush on top for depth of color. Try mixing, for example, pink and peach, plum and orange, creating your own version of a healthy blush.

Fashion trends in hairstyles, haircuts, styling.

In 2025, the aesthetics called “quiet luxury” remains relevant.
Straight hair. I am not talking about straightening with an iron, but about regular drying with a hairdryer. Such styling looks livelier and more natural.
Despite the trend with straight hair, very voluminous styling is an eternal squeak that does not lose its popularity! Such hairstyles always look spectacular. Stock up on creams, powders, mousses and foams to create volume and curl the strands with hot tools.

Careless curls, smooth buns, a fashionable "ponytail", the effect of wet hair, strands twisted into a shell - these are trends for all times.

Bangs. It can be straight or fall apart on two sides of the face, it is important to be able to properly style the bangs, give them volume, and also trim them regularly.

Medium-length "Bob". This bright haircut looks very elegant, and you can style it in just a few minutes.

Fashionable shades of coloring this season will range from the most natural to bright, for example:

- mocha mousse is a warm brown with a slight cold in the tint.
- "sun kiss" - a combination of light brown, red with brown and blond shades.
- "copper chestnut" - suitable for those with warm skin tones.
- copper, caramel - these colors attract attention and look luxurious.
- "Barbie blond" with warm honey and golden tints.
- contouring - highlighting individual areas with light shades. For example, strands near the face.
- "latte" shade.

Hello, dear reader! My name is Katya, and I am the same as you- ordinary and at the same time unique. I haven't made a splash around the world, and I admit that I'm still wandering in the labyrinths of choice, trying to figure out what to connect my life with. But I know one thing: every day is a step towards my dreams. I have a long road behind me, strewn with both roses and thorns. In this article, I want to share my story with you: my achievements, falls, ups and, of course, mistakes.

Life is a series of trials and errors, and that's great! They become our valuable teachers, temper us, make us stronger. Every fall is an impetus for new ups. We should improve every moment of our existence. And I sincerely hope that after reading my story, you will see in me not just a girl from the pages of a glossy magazine, but a kindred spirit who has been through a lot and learned her lessons. Let my mistakes warn you, and my dreams inspire you to your own accomplishments. I believe in you, in your potential, that you will succeed, but let's get to know each other better!

Since birth, I have felt confused. Every day, many doors open before me, and I have to gather all my will into a fist to move forward, into the unknown. But it is this search that makes me happy, because I believe that in the end I will find that very door, meant only for me.

When I was younger, I thought that music was that very door. And I was right! Despite tears, misunderstandings, doubts, I found solace in playing my favorite, priceless instrument - the piano. Oh, how much we have been through together! It saw my smiles and tears, and knew my excitement and stormy emotions. It studied me from head to toe! From early childhood, I attended music school.

The story of my first audition may seem funny to you. As a child, I saw a cartoon where a beautiful heroine played the synthesizer. I was so enchanted that I ran up to my mother and cried out through tears that I wanted to play like that too! I decided to open that door at all costs, to give people hope and inspiration with my music, like that very heroine...

Time went by, I grew up. My interests and outlook on life, of course, changed. I began to see beauty not only in cartoons and melodies, but also around me. I noticed what an extraordinary aura emanated from my peers. I realized how unique and beautiful we, Belarusian girls, are! And then one day, leafing through magazines and looking at photos of beauties on social networks, I was so inspired that modeling displaced music from my life.

As long as I can remember, I loved to be photographed, to pose against the backdrop of beautiful places, trying to capture happy moments on film. And one day my mother told me about recruitment to a modeling school. I was immediately inspired by this idea, signed up and realized that this was my thing! I took part in photo shoots, advertised myself, attended events as a model, jury member, correspondent. And most importantly, I felt that my peers also strive for new heights, want to conquer peaks. I noticed how hardworking and goal-oriented our Belarusian girls are, how their eyes sparkle and smiles shine, how they do their work and strive for new projects. They are always ready for new beginnings, actively develop their talents and achieve their goals.

Their character is willpower and perseverance, which help them overcome any difficulties. And I realized that now I am inspired not by the cartoon heroine, but also by you, dear reader, a beautiful and unique girl of Belarus!

And so, in the end, I am here - on the pages of this stunning magazine! I feel that this is my “home”…
